By registering an account, accessing, or using any part of the bossku888 platform — whether via the website, mobile app, or any other interface provided — you hereby agree to be fully bound by the terms and conditions set out in this document.

These terms and conditions form a legally binding agreement between you (hereinafter referred to as "Member" or "User") and bossku888 (hereinafter referred to as "Platform", "We", or "bossku888"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you are requested not to use our platform.

To be eligible as a bossku888 member and use the services provided, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• Legal capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement in the country where you reside.

• Personal use: You are registering for your own personal use and not on behalf of any other individual or entity.

Each individual is only permitted to hold one (1) bossku888 account only. Registering multiple accounts under different names, phone numbers, or details for the same individual is strictly prohibited.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information. The details required include:

General deposit terms:

• The minimum deposit amount is MYR 20 for all payment methods.
• Deposits must be made from a bank account or eWallet registered in the member's own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted.
• All deposits will be credited to your bossku888 account within 1–10 minutes depending on the payment method used.
• Bossku888 does not charge any processing fees on deposits.

Bossku888 members may withdraw at any time, provided that the wagering requirements for any active bonus have been fully met. All withdrawals will be processed to the bank account or eWallet registered under the member's name.

Withdrawal terms and limits:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is MYR 50.
• Your first withdrawal requires the recipient name on the bank account to match the registered member name on bossku888.
• Withdrawal processing time is between 1–8 hours depending on your VIP level. VIP Diamond members receive withdrawals within 1 hour.
• Any withdrawal exceeding MYR 10,000 may require additional identity verification before processing.

Bossku888 reserves the right to request supporting documents for large withdrawal amounts as part of our internal compliance procedures. This is a standard measure to protect all parties.

Bossku888 offers a variety of bonuses to members from time to time, including welcome bonuses, deposit bonuses, weekly cashback, daily rebates, and special festive bonuses. Each bonus has specific terms stated on the relevant promotions page.

General terms applicable to all bonuses:

• All bonuses are subject to wagering (rollover) requirements that must be met before a withdrawal is permitted. The rollover rate is explicitly stated in each offer.
• Bonuses may only be claimed once per individual, phone number, IP address, device, and payment method.
• Bossku888 reserves the right to void bonuses and any winnings derived from them if there is evidence of abuse, fraud, or violation of promotional terms.

• Money laundering — using the bossku888 platform to conceal or transfer funds from illegal activities.
• Multiple account registration — owning more than one active account in any form.
• Collusion — colluding with other players or third parties to gain an unfair advantage in games, particularly in live poker games.
• Unauthorized software use — using bots, automated programs, external tools, or any software that provides an unfair advantage in games.
• Bonus abuse — exploiting vulnerabilities in the bonus system to obtain unintended gains.

Conditions that may lead to account suspension:

Members whose accounts have been suspended may request a review by contacting the bossku888 customer support team and providing the necessary information for the investigation process.

If the investigation finds no wrongdoing, the account will be restored and all restrictions lifted. A valid account balance will not be withheld without sufficient grounds.

Bossku888 is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses suffered by members as a result of using this platform, including:

• Service disruptions caused by scheduled or unscheduled maintenance
• Internet connection failure or issues on the member's internet service provider (ISP) side
• Losses resulting from betting decisions made by the member themselves
• Loss of profits, revenue, or opportunities due to inability to access the platform

Bossku888's maximum liability to any member under any circumstances is limited to the total net deposits made by that member in the 30 days preceding the claim.

The bossku888 platform is provided "as is". While we strive to keep the platform running smoothly and stably 24/7, we make no specific guarantees regarding uninterrupted service availability or performance.

All content on the bossku888 platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, interface design, graphics, text, software, and other visual elements — is the exclusive property of bossku888 or its licensors.

Members are not permitted to:

• Copying, distributing, or reusing any content from the bossku888 platform without prior written permission
• Creating derivative works based on the content or software of the bossku888 platform
• Using the bossku888 name or logo for personal marketing or business purposes
• Performing reverse engineering on any software component of the platform

Infringement of bossku888 intellectual property rights may result in civil and/or criminal legal action under applicable laws.

Bossku888 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these terms and conditions at any time at our sole discretion. Amendments take effect immediately upon publication on this page unless otherwise stated.
